Solution:
Go to Start, type dcomcnfg in the "Search files and programs" bar, press enter
Component Services will show up.
Go to Component Services > Computers
Right-click My Computer, choose Properties
Go to COM Security tab>Launch and Activation Permissions.click "Edit Default" button
Click Add button, type Network Service and click ok

Select Network Service you just added, Select allow for follow items:
Local Launch
Remote Launch
Local Activation
Remote Activation
Click ok button of all windows

Online – Cannot get BPA results
BPA result refresh message: No results were found for one or more BPA models. Run a BPA scan on all roles that are installed on this server, and then try this operation again.
The system was unable to open one or more BPA results because the results either do not exist, the results are corrupted, or you do not have sufficient access rights to open them. For more information, see the Operational channel in the ServerManager-ManagementProvider error log on the target server.


Solution:

Run BPA Scan.
Go to start>run, input Server Manager, press enter. Select local server on left server list. Select Start BPA Scan on task menu (right top of the window)
Fix all errors it found.

Go to menu "View", check if "Advanced Features" is checked or not. If not, make sure it checked.
Locate your user name in Active Directory, right click and choose Properties
Go to the "Security" tab and click on the "Advanced" button.
Click the "Restore defaults" button to reset the user's permissions.
Restart your computer.

Solution:

Go to Start> All programs> Accessories > Notepad, paste
powershell.exe “Get-Process | where {$_.mainwindowtitle -match ?exchange management console’} | stop-process”
Save as KillExMMC.bat, double click this file to run.
For win7 user, setup Windows 7 x64 SP1 will fix this error.
