Solution:
Setting up IE on Windows 7
1. Open IE, click on menu Tools > Internet Options
2. Click the tab "Security"> Custom Level
3. Under ActiveX set follow options to "enable":
-Run ActiveX and plug-ins
-Download Signed ActiveX Control
-Script ActiveX controls marked as safe for scripting
4. Set follow options to "Prompt":
-Download unsigned ActiveX Control
-Initialize and script ActiveX controls not mark as safe

Setting up IE8 or IE9
1. Open IE, click on menu Tools > Internet Options
2. Click the tag "Advanced" and scroll down to Security section
3. Check Allow software to run or install even if the signature is invalid

Restart your IE, problem should be resolved.
