S : sccm error: Configuration Manager Setup requires that the site server computer has administrative rights on the SQL Server and management point computers

Operation system and system information:

SCCM Server 2012 / SCCM 2007(remote SQL DB enabled),Configuration Manager 2007

Installation(Setup Prerequisite Checks) error:

Configuration Manager Setup requires that site server computer possess administrative rights on the SQL Server and management point computers
sccm error: Configuration Manager Setup requires that the site server computer has administrative rights on the SQL Server and management point computers

Check these first:

Management point authentication
Is you can connect to the admin$ share and SQL server "Computer Management" from the site server using MMC
Is the remote SQL Instance running using a domain user account
Is your SQL Server running as a domain user
Is short file name (8.3) support is enabled on site system computers

Solution:

Make Active Directory computer object for your Primary site server in the local "Administrators" group of the server hosting your SQL db.
Example:
Error message "dllinfo.CONTOSO.LOCAL; Site server computer account administrative rights; Error; Configuration Manager Setup requires that site server computer possess administrative rights on the SQL Server and management point computers."
You need to add the account "dllinfo" to the local administrators group, and create a user account "SMSroot" in AD, add "SMSroot" as a local administrator on "dllinfo", try again as the "SMSroot". Also make sure your account in Local Administrators group.
