Part of virus, download beird.exe,lmhosts.exe,wshield.exe,PSEXESVC.EXE to your computer.

Delete all these files, and relate items in:
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Run
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\RunServices
HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Run

Name itself as Nod3d2 Free antivirus, but in fact is part of the the RBOT-ABQ worm.
Delete it ASAP.
